I absolutely adore the simplicity of this card - it is tempting to add a  bow here or a flower there, but there is so much detail hidden in this card - I guess i felt less is more. The vintage print is textured with a lace effect embossing technique and the flowers in her hair are shaded with blue and silver [ I used my favourite Caron D'Ache Luminance pencils here] and finished with tiny pearls. The base is a beautiful soft white Silkweave linen and the background colour is handpainted ocean blue watercolour. Perfect for a Bride on her Wedding Day or perhaps to celebrate a wedding where the colour theme is blue. I designed an optional matching gift wallet to compliment which is a scaled down miniature of the card, and a personalized gift envelope.
